After years of building charcuterie boards, I wanted to share my list of my Trader Joe’s charcuterie board essentials. My friends and I have become charcuterie board experts after years of preparing them for Bachelor and Bachelorette nights throughout the years. IYKYK.
Fruit
- Fig jam (not pictured, but a favorite)
- Organic strawberries
- Assortment of red and green grapes
Meats
- Prosciutto (get extra because it’s the best IMO)
- Calabrese
- Salami
Cheese
- Brie (bake in oven for a few minutes then top with honey)
- Toscano with black pepper
- Blueberry goat cheese
Wine
- Menage e Trois red wine
- Espiral white wine
Bread/crackers
- Fig and olive crackers
- Ciabatta baguette
