It’s such a staple for me, but I’ve made a few small changes to how I make it more nutritious. I swap out the mayo for tahini in the sauce and add broccoli and cucumber for some extra greens. If I have avocado on hand I’ll add that too for some extra fats, but there’s already plenty in this meal from the salmon and tahini. 

I try to have salmon about once a week for the omega 3s. It’s a game changer for mental health and longevity 🤍

1. I can track my sleep cycle to know how much sleep I’m really getting at night 😴🌙Now I’ll know why I feel the way that I do and what I can do to work on it.

2. I recently went off of hormonal birth control for a number of reasons and @ouraring partnered with @naturalcycles to track fertility using your body temp!! The perfect non-invasive form of bc 🩷

Dairy free creamy mushroom & chicken pasta 🍄❤ Dairy free creamy mushroom & chicken pasta 🍄❤️ the fresh herbs give it so much flavor & the coconut cream gives it the smoothest texture. The mushrooms are packed with nutrients & of course I added in a source of protein since that’s an important part of every meal ! Pasta that’s good for you & your soul 🥰

Ingredients:
- Sage
- crimini mushrooms 
- thyme 
- garlic
- farfalle pasta 
- chicken meatballs
- Coconut cream mixed with oat milk 
- df parmesan 
- parsley 
- s&p

1. Boil pasta water while making meatballs. Use whichever recipe you like for meatballs! Cook with olive oil on stovetop and remove once cooked.
2. Add sage to the pan and cook until crisp. Add pasta to boiling water once ready
3. Add mushrooms and thyme to the pan and cook until soft. Add in garlic and s&p
4. Once garlic is fragrant, add in all dente pasta and meatballs. Top with coconut cream & oat milk mix (blend the two together to create the perfect half&half replacement) along with df Parmesan and parsley. 
5. Mix in as much pasta water as needed. Serve and enjoy !!

Soup season >> Ingredients: - yellow onion - pro Soup season >> 

Ingredients:
- yellow onion
- prosciutto
- garlic
- celery
- oregano + basil
- bone broth
- coconut milk
- gnocchi
- Parmesan (or nutritional yeast if df)

1. Cook prosciutto then remove once crispy
2. Add onion and cook until soft. Add in garlic and celery and cook until fragrant. Add basil + oregano 
3. Add bone broth and bring to a boil before adding in kale, gnocchi, parm and coconut milk. 
4. Top with prosciutto, parm and olive oil 

Measure everything with your heart! 🥰

- lettuce (arugula or spinach)
- pomegranate seeds
- crumbled feta
- almonds or pecans 
- delicata squash 

Dressing:
- olive oil
- apple cider vinegar
- Dijon
- sage leaves 
- s&p
- olive oil 
- maple syrup
