The perfect meal for a summer dinner party is this peach burrata salad paired with a fig prosciutto flatbread. We got all of our ingredients from Trader Joe’s.

Peach Burrata Salad and Fig Prosciutto Flatbread

Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Fig fam
  • 1 cups ricotta
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • prosciutto
  • 4 figs
  • arugula
  • olive oil
  • 2 peaches
  • one ball of burrata
  • salt
  • pepper

Flatbread Directions

  1. Brush a thin layer of jam onto the flatbread
  2. Mix 1 tbsp honey and ricotta, then layer on top of the jam
  3. Cook in oven for 10 – 15 minutes
  4. Add balsamic vinegar and the 1 tbsp of honey to a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 – 15 minutes
  5. Once flatbread is done, add prosciutto, figs, balsamic glaze, and arugula

Salad Directions

  1. Slice 2 peaches
  2. Mix arugula, salt, pepper, peaches, and olive oil together
  3. Tear up burrata and add to salad
