The perfect meal for a summer dinner party is this peach burrata salad paired with a fig prosciutto flatbread. We got all of our ingredients from Trader Joe’s.
Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Fig fam
- 1 cups ricotta
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- prosciutto
- 4 figs
- arugula
- olive oil
- 2 peaches
- one ball of burrata
- salt
- pepper
Flatbread Directions
- Brush a thin layer of jam onto the flatbread
- Mix 1 tbsp honey and ricotta, then layer on top of the jam
- Cook in oven for 10 – 15 minutes
- Add balsamic vinegar and the 1 tbsp of honey to a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 – 15 minutes
- Once flatbread is done, add prosciutto, figs, balsamic glaze, and arugula
Salad Directions
- Slice 2 peaches
- Mix arugula, salt, pepper, peaches, and olive oil together
- Tear up burrata and add to salad
