The perfect summer guacamole, filled with nutritious, colorful and in-season foods.

This mango salsa is the perfect snack for a warm summer day. The perfect mix of sweet and savory. Packs a punch with lots of different textures and flavors. Customize it by adding in your favorite spices!

Recipe:

  • One avocado
  • One ripe yellow mango
  • 1/3 cup red onion
  • 1/3 cup jicama
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Jalapeño (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lime
  • Paprika

Directions:
Cut up all ingredients into small pieces, combine and add in your spices. Squeeze half a lime and mix up to finish.

Directions:

  • Set oven to 400˚ F
  • Use kitchen scissors to cut small tortillas into 6 triangles
  • Line up on a baking sheet, leaving space between each
  • Spray or rub with avocado oil on both sides
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Bake for 5 – 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until desired crispiness
