This mango salsa is the perfect snack for a warm summer day. The perfect mix of sweet and savory. Packs a punch with lots of different textures and flavors. Customize it by adding in your favorite spices!
Recipe:
- One avocado
- One ripe yellow mango
- 1/3 cup red onion
- 1/3 cup jicama
- 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
- Jalapeño (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lime
- Paprika
Directions:
Cut up all ingredients into small pieces, combine and add in your spices. Squeeze half a lime and mix up to finish.

- Set oven to 400˚ F
- Use kitchen scissors to cut small tortillas into 6 triangles
- Line up on a baking sheet, leaving space between each

- Bake for 5 – 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until desired crispiness
